Age Suitability

1. Who Vibeshift Is For

Vibeshift is a workplace employee wellbeing application, licensed to organisations rather than sold to individual consumers. It is designed to be used by employees of a subscribing organisation as part of their working life.

It is not a general-audience consumer app, and it is not designed, marketed, or intended for children.

2. How Access Works

Access to Vibeshift is controlled by the employing organisation. A user cannot create an account and use the app independently:

• Every account must be linked to an organisation via an employer-issued company code or invitation.
• Without that link, the core features of the app are unavailable.
• Organisations control which of their employees receive access.

In practice this means the app reaches people through an employment relationship, which in the jurisdictions where Vibeshift operates independently implies a minimum working age.

Vibeshift does not operate its own age verification mechanism. Age eligibility is established through our Terms of Service and through the employer-controlled access described above.

3. What the App Contains

The Vibeshift mobile app provides:

• Daily wellbeing check-ins using mood sliders and short open-text fields.
• Company surveys issued by the user's own organisation.
• A private personal journal, visible only to the person who wrote it.
• Guided meditation and breathing exercises with on-screen captions.
• A curated feed of wellbeing articles from an established mindfulness publisher.

4. Health and Wellbeing Content

Vibeshift provides general self-care and lifestyle content — meditation, breathing exercises, journaling prompts, and wellbeing articles. Suggestions shown in the app are generated from a user's own self-reported mood entries.

Vibeshift does not diagnose any condition, does not provide medical or clinical treatment, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. It contains no symptom checker, no medication features, and no clinical assessment tools. Users experiencing distress should contact a qualified healthcare professional or their local emergency services.

5. Content the App Does Not Contain

Vibeshift contains none of the following:

• Profanity, crude humour, or mature or suggestive themes.
• Sexual content, nudity, or violence of any kind.
• References to or depictions of alcohol, tobacco, or drug use.
• Horror or fear-based content.
• Gambling, simulated gambling, or loot boxes.
• Advertising of any kind.
• In-app purchases. Organisational billing is handled separately on our web platform.

6. No Social or Communication Features

Vibeshift has no social layer. There is no messaging or chat, no social feed, no comments, no public profiles, and no way for one user to view content authored by another.

Journal entries are private to their author. Check-in and survey responses are reported to the employing organisation in aggregate form through a separate web dashboard that employees do not have access to.

Progress features such as streaks and the annual check-in counter are personal to each user. There are no leaderboards, rankings, prizes, or comparison against other users.

7. External Links

The wellbeing article feed links out to articles hosted by a third-party mindfulness publisher, which open in the device browser. Vibeshift is not a web browser: it provides no address bar, no search, and no general web browsing. Destinations are limited to the curated feed.

8. Data and Privacy

Vibeshift is not intended for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Our 16+ threshold aligns with the default age of digital consent under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, and user data for our European customers is hosted in the European Union.
