Company owners register on the web dashboard and set up their organization. Employees join through an invitation email sent by their company admin. You can also download the mobile app and sign up with your company invite code.

The mobile app (Vibe) is available on iOS and Android. The web dashboard works on any modern browser and is optimized for desktop and tablet.

Daily check-ins are quick 60-second wellness assessments where you rate your mood, sleep quality, stress level, and energy. They help you track your personal wellbeing over time and contribute to anonymous team insights.

No. Your individual check-in responses and journal entries are private. Managers and HR only see aggregated, anonymous wellness trends for their department and organization. No individual data is ever exposed.

Yes. The mobile app works offline. Your assessments and journal entries are saved locally and sync automatically when you reconnect to the internet.

The dashboard shows team wellness scores, department trends over time, participation rates, and actionable recommendations. You can also manage departments, invite employees via email, and configure company settings.

From the web dashboard, go to the Employees section and use the invite dialog to send email invitations. Employees receive a link to set up their account and download the mobile app.

Vibeshift is designed with privacy at its core. Individual employee data is never shared with managers. All team insights are aggregated and anonymous. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with row-level security on all database operations.
